And they don't even know how their payment systems work. I got charged twice because an autopayment kicked in right after I already made a payment after the date the autopayment was supposed to take out the money, but couldn't since there weren't the right funds to make the transaction. I tried to tell a representative that and there wasn't even an offer for a refund nor did the amount go towards my financing, so they pretty much stole that money from me.
